How much will my project cost?
The nature of construction and contracting in general means we cannot offer fixed prices for our
services—no two projects are identical, so we calculate our fees on a case-by-case basis.
We can, however, offer you a free, no-obligation consultation on your project, in which we can
explain our expected costs.
How long will the project take?
Our team is extremely skilled and experienced—we will make every effort to ensure that your project
is completed as quickly as we can without sacrificing quality or cutting corners.
How much experience do you have?
We have more than two decades of experience, and throughout that time we have pretty much seen and
done everything. If you have a construction (or related) requirement, we have the skills to make it
happen for you.
How do you handle any issues that come up?
At the start of the project, we outline a plan of action and give you a quote. From time to time,
though, issues do arise after the work has started. Maybe we dig and find unexpected pipework or
cabling, for example. In these rare cases, we make sure to communicate with you precisely what has
come up and how we need to modify the plan (and quote) accordingly.
My project is a little out of the ordinary. Can you help?
Absolutely. Innovation and problem-solving are key to our work, and we love complex or unique
projects. A challenge always keeps us on our toes and forces us to be better at what we do!
Do you offer any warranty or guarantee with your work?
We always stand by the quality of our work. If you experience any issues with construction or
contracting work that we have completed, then please reach out to us so we can resolve it for you.
I need to keep my business running while work is completed—is that an issue?
Not at all. All of our team are extremely conscious of being respectful while on-site—whether at
a
residence, a commercial enterprise, or an industrial location. Where possible, we will work
quietly,
unobtrusively, and with minimum interruption to your operations.
The nature of construction, however, does mean that there will be times when noise and/or mess
is
created. We will work to minimise this wherever possible.
When can you start?
We can typically work to your preferred start date, although at times we are busier and may be
booked up. If you have a project in mind and a deadline requirement, we encourage you to get in
touch as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
